Medical, Dental & Vision Plans
Full-time employees and their eligible dependent children are eligible for HMO or PPO medical plans, DPPO or DHMO dental plans, and a vision plan.
Full-time exempt team members are eligible for disability insurance, at no cost.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Life and AD&D insurance is offered to full-time team members, at no cost. Additional voluntary coverage for team members, spouses and children is also available.
Team members can participate in several wellness checks throughout the year that include biometric screenings and flu shot vaccines at no cost.
Through the Employee Assistance Plan, team members have access to a $25/month fitness membership plan granting access to various fitness centers and additional discounts.
