After selling Ontario Bakery, which Christopher owned for 40 years, he faced the quiet of retirement. However, the stillness didn't suit him. "I sold my bakery in February of 2021, thought I was going to retire, and I lasted about a month and a half. I couldn't watch any more Netflix," Christopher recalls. The call to return to his lifelong passion was irresistible. His path led him to the San Manuel Recruitment Center, where his baking expertise and entrepreneurial spirit were immediately recognized and Christopher was offered the job on the spot.
