BUSINESS DEV. DIRECTOR
Under the direction of the Director of Player Development, the Business Development Director is responsible for the Business Development, Sales and Marketing for Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel (Yaamava').  This incumbent will establish and increase the market share by establishing strong relationships with the community leaders and business owners. This individual will use his/her extensive experience in collaborating with key stakeholders to acquire and retain new premium players from various regional markets to increase revenues.

CASINO HOST
Under the direction of Player Development Management, the Casino Host will represent the casino through public relations and marketing efforts to acquire and retain premium VIP players. Casino Hosts will be responsible for executing programs for recruitment of new players while creating brand awareness of Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel (Yaamava') in the marketplace. The Casino Host will build VIP player loyalty, using sales and marketing techniques that foster an exclusive client relationship and generate an acceptable margin of gaming revenue as determined by management.

EXECUTIVE HOST Under the direction of Player Development Management, the Executive Host will represent the casino through public relations and marketing efforts to acquire and retain premium VIP players. The Executive Host will build VIP player loyalty, using sales and marketing techniques that foster an exclusive client relationship and generate an acceptable margin of gaming revenue as determined by management.

PLAYER DEV. MANAGER  Under the direction of the Player Development Director (Director), the Player Development Manager (Manager) is responsible for the overall supervision of the Player Development function involving all areas of player tracking, player recruitment and retention, and maintenance of “high end” customers.

RELATIONSHIP MARKETING HOST  Reporting to Player Development Management, the Relationship Marketing Host will be responsible for providing a positive and enjoyable guest experience by meeting the established quality service standards and processes designed to consistently raise the level of customer satisfaction. The successful Relationship Marketing Host will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, possess a gracious and enthusiastic demeanor as they greet and respond to our guests in a positive manner, and bring satisfaction to our guests.
