HR BENEFITS MANAGER
The HR Benefits Manager is responsible for the administration and management of employee benefits and wellness programs. The primary function of the position is to manage all aspects of the employee benefits program. This includes health and welfare plans, retirement plans, life insurance, time off, wellness programs and any other employee benefit plans while evaluating their effectiveness.
The Sr Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing and improving various enterprise-wide and/or line of business compensation programs and processes. This position is also responsible for supporting business units with their compensation requirements, including salary and bonus administration, detailed compensation analyses, and job evaluation.
